We Bring The Reformer To You

Reformer Road Show distinguishes itself by being THE ONLY PILATES INSTRUCTOR in Southern California that brings a full size Balanced Body® commercial rated reformer to your home, office, or set location.

A reformer is the most commonly used resistance apparatus found at a Pilates Studio. Tension on the reformer is created by Balanced Body® brand nickel-plated carbon steel 'Signature Springs'.

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT

The reformer is a very large and heavy piece of exercise equipment that will be dollied from our vehicle to the exact area where you will workout.

Where we have to park our vehicle might affect the price. We MUST be able to park as close to the front or side door as possible. In total, eight steps on a stairway or a series of stairways from our vehicle to where you want the reformer set up, are included in the price. Beyond those eight stairway steps will incur an additional charge.

1. FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, please keep animals and children out of the pathway, from the door to the workout area, at all times.  The instructor is within the right to end the session with no further obligation to the client if this rule is not adhered to.
2. Before we arrive, please have the workout space already cleared out. For liability reasons, we cannot assist in moving any furniture or decorations. We will arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for set up.
3. All paths and doorways must be at least two feet, six inches (2’6”) wide. If you are concerned about dirt tracking from the dolly, please cover the floor from the doorway to the workout area. We are not responsible for dirt and damage. 
4. Workout area: PLAN FOR MINIMUM OF A 10 FOOT BY 4 FOOT (10’ x 4’) SPACE FOR THE REFORMER TO REST ON. THE CEILING MUST BE AT LEAST 8 FEET, 4 INCHES (8' x 4") HIGH SO THAT THE REFORMER CAN STAND ON ONE END WHILE BEING UNSTRAPPED FROM THE APPLIANCE DOLLY. For an optimal workout, plan for a 10 foot by 8 foot (10' x 8') space to allow for arms and legs to extend wide.
5. If you are not prepared when we arrive, it will affect the length of time of your workout since it starts and ends promptly at the scheduled time. If we are running late, you will receive the full workout time.

UNPARALLELED EQUIPMENT, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY.

• A clean pair of Loopease brand footstrap wraps are attached before every session. These wraps go over the foot straps to prevent cross contamination and dirt transfer. We carry multiple Loopease wraps that are machine washed NIGHTLY to insure every client gets a clean pair. 
• A clean towel is supplied for each client. We only use Bamboo towels that provide ultra soft and luxurious comfort and that contain natural antibacterial properties. Pillowcases and towels are machine washed NIGHTLY and are never reused. 
• The Reformer is wiped down with a clean cotton towel and a tea tree oil solution, which is a natural antiseptic. 
• For the safety and care of our clients, we uphold ultra hygienic standards by wiping down the Reformer before and after each session. We ensure that each client will be provided with clean, top quality towels, pillowcases, and foot straps.
